- Please remove your shoes before entering the Shala
- Please maintain silence when entering or leaving the premises
- Please bring your own yoga mat to class. We do have mats available for new students who have not yet purchased a mat
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins to allow yourself time to settle into your practice
- The gate will be closed 2 minutes before the start of class. Should you be late, please inform us and we will set out a space for you.
- It is advisable not to eat or drink for 3 hours before class
- Our classes are not suitable for pregnant woman and children younger than 16 years of age
- Remember to inform your teacher if you have an injury or a medical condition. Postures will then be modified for you and you will still enjoy the benefits of the practice.
